Every brand lives in its own workspace, and the workspaces are strictly separated from each other. Nobody sees another brand's drafts, archive or numbers, not even by accident. Because your AI model receives the style guide and the most similar posts of exactly this brand for every production, one brand's tone doesn't leak into another's posts.
How do you split the work in a team?
Each person on the team has their own login, works with their own AI account and only sees the workspaces that concern them. Anyone with access to several workspaces simply tells their model which brand to work on right now.
In the dashboard, the activity section shows every tool call of the connected models, so it stays traceable what happened in a workspace.
How does approval work?
Approval is a separate step in the dashboard, and you decide who takes it on for which brand. That makes it easy to separate who produces from who makes the final call. No post goes live without approval, not even when your AI model built it straight from an idea.
How do you save time on recurring formats?
You save a brand's recurring features as a series format. For every new edition the model creates a draft where only the date, issue or topic changes, and approval stays with you as always.
