Connect Claude, GPT or any other model to your workspace and create straight from the chat. Three steps, five minutes.

## Claude Code

### Run the command

One command, no key, no copying credentials:

```
claude mcp add --transport http postmakr https://mcp.postmakr.com/mcp/
```

### Sign in via browser

On first access your browser opens automatically with the postmakr login. Sign in once, done. The terminal remembers it.

### Get going

Simply say: *"Suggest three ideas for my next posts."* Approval always stays with you, in the dashboard.

## Claude Desktop

### Add the config

Add this under **Settings → Developer → Edit config** (requires Node.js):

```
{ "mcpServers": { "postmakr": { "command": "npx", "args": ["mcp-remote", "https://mcp.postmakr.com/mcp/"] } } }
```

### Sign in via browser

Restart the app. On first access your browser opens with the postmakr login, signing in once is enough.

### Get going

postmakr shows up in the tool list. Then simply say: *"Build a carousel from the first idea."*

## Other clients

### Enter the connection

Usually under "Custom connector", "MCP server" or "Integrations". All it takes is the URL, sign-in happens via browser login:

```
https://mcp.postmakr.com/mcp/
```

### No browser login?

If your client cannot do OAuth, create a key in the [dashboard](https://postmakr.com/login) under **Connection & API keys** and add it as a header:

```
Header: Authorization: Bearer fp_YOUR_KEY
```

### Get going

Restart your client, the tools appear automatically. If your client does not allow custom headers, use the `mcp-remote` bridge from the Claude Desktop tab.

## What is MCP?

The Model Context Protocol is an open standard that lets AI models use external systems, often described as "USB-C for AI". Instead of building a custom integration for every tool, your model connects once and can then use everything your workspace offers. postmakr is such an MCP server.

## What your model gets

**27 tools:** save ideas, store drafts, render slides, manage series formats, start workflows. **Your brand context:** style guide, format catalog, archive and learnings, so every post sounds like you. **Guided flows:** from idea to approval. The full tool reference is in the [docs](https://postmakr.com/en/doku#tools).

## Safe by design

Your key belongs to exactly one workspace and can be revoked at any time. postmakr never stores keys from your AI provider, production runs through your own account. And only what you approve in the dashboard ever goes live.
